iya-osun-2Thank you for visiting Orishada.com, the site for all things related to Ifa and the Orisa. We hope that you find the website both informative and inspirational.

Orishada.com  is directed by Babalawo Owolabi Aworeni, the son of Araba Aworeni Adisa Makoranwale who is the Araba Agbaye, or Chief Ifa Priest of the Yoruba and Ifa/Orisa devotees around the world.  The Araba Agbaye is seated at the first and oldest Ifa temple in the world in Ile Ife, Nigeria. As such, you can expect news and input on the behalf of the Araba Agbaye.

Although still in its infancy stages, Orishada.com will feature interviews, articles and lessons given by the Araba, Babalawo Owolabi and other reputable priests in Nigeria. The site will also host a marketplace where you can purchase supplies and instructional material associated with Ifa and Orisa devotion.

In the meantime, please have a look around and contact us with any questions you may have.

Hi, I`m helping a Mae de Santo here in Salvador de Bahia, in researching something about Fatoba Awareni, living in Nigeria and who`s coming to Brasil in September.. He`s the Araba Agbaiye, the representative of Orunmila on Earth… She`d like to invite him in Salvador too, but she`s looking for some information about his life to send to authorities here. I`m really willing to help with the language. Thanks for your collaboration,
    Marcella Bomba
